CATARACT SURGERY

Dr. Hemant’s Care Sight Eye Clinic offers multiple choices in cataract surgery. You can choose the best option for your need and budget. It also offers various types of options for lens. Available options for Cataract Surgery are. - Small Incision Cataract Surgery (Manual sutureless) – 6 mm self-sealing wound with implantation of rigid lens; NO SUTURES REQUIRED; Minimum surgical time & Good post-operative recovery. -2.8 mm Incision Phacoemulsification surgery (cataract removal by ultrasound waves) – cataract is removed through 2.8 mm incision by liquidating it with the help of phacoemulsification machine in the eye & implantation of foldable lens; NO SUTURES, Fast post-operative recovery, Less post-operative refractive error(spectacles) and Multiple foldable lens options. - Secondary Lens Implantation – No lens implantation possible due to certain complicated cataract or having intra-operative complication.

YAG LASER CAPSULOTOMY

After removal of cataract, every one gets opacity of capsular bag earlier or later. Dr. Hemant’s Eye clinic offers treatment of capsular bag opacity by Nd: YAG laser. It is a permanent removal of opacity & takes few minutes only.

PTERYGIUM SURGERY

Care Sight Eye Clinic offers removal of pterygium with auto-conjunctival grafting method. Auto-conjunctival grafting is a technique to decrease recurrence chance of pterygium after its removal by surgery. There are two methods offered – one is self-absorbing sutures and second is sutureless glue application. Specialized fibrin glue is used to proper placement of conjunctival graft. The advantages of glue are decrease operation time, faster healing & less discomfort in recovery period.

GLAUCOMA WORK-UP AND TREATMENT

Glaucoma is a blinding disease. Most of the patients with newly diagnosed glaucoma don’t have any symptoms. It is detected only by eye check-up & confirmed by multiple advanced eye investigations. We offer basic tests for Glaucoma screening, which are helpful to suggest whether you are a Glaucoma suspect or not. ANTI-GLAUCOMA SURGERY

Various types and sizes are available with the contact lens. How to choose a best one for you? Dr. Hemant’s Eye Clinic offers detailed measurements of your eyes and according to your need; we suggest you proper type of contact lenses. We also stressed on proper fitting and vision quality by having trial of contact lenses before placing final order for contact lenses, proper contact lens practices and teaching of handling of contact lens to new user.

REFRACTIVE SURGERY

Dr. Hemant’s clinic guides you to have best Refractive Surgery available option for removal of spectacle dependence. General perception is that the Laser correction is the only available option.
