Auto-conjunctival grafting is a technique to decrease recurrence chance of pterygium after its removal by surgery. There are two methods offered – one is self-absorbing sutures and second is sutureless glue application. Specialized fibrin glue is used to proper placement of conjunctival graft. The advantages of glue are decrease operation time, faster healing & less discomfort in recovery period.
